This was one of my favourite weddings of the year – a beautiful Christmas Adare Manor wedding in for Kate and Nick.
Adare Manor Wedding (Selected Photographs)
Here’s a few of my favourite pictures that tell the story of this beautiful Adare Manor wedding.
The bridal suite in Adare Manor has to be one of the most spacious and most beautiful in the whole of Ireland. Truly stunning.
Another beautiful getting ready image – as Kate moved into the light for the last fixings of her dress I shot this using the mirror in the bathroom for a different perspective.
While Kate was getting ready in the bathroom her Dad was enjoying the champagne – I really liked this picture of him.
Another gorgeous picture of Kate getting ready.
Kate’s Dad checking the time – apparently he is a stickler for not being late!
Probably my favourite photograph of Kate’s sister as she was coming through the bridal suite with the flowers.
More great light here.
This was Kate leaving for church – a classic moment to conclude the morning preparations.
I loved this photo of Nick embracing his Dad outside the church.
Some beautiful relaxed portraits of Kate and Nick in the gardens of Adare Manor before we joined the drinks reception.
Probably my favourite photo of Kate on her own – as she raced back up the stairs on arrival.
The drawing room at Adare Manor is a fantastic space for drinks reception, especially during a winter wedding.
Since the space flows so well, you often come across little pockets of friends revelling in the telling of some tale like here.
I really liked this photo of Kate and Nick enjoying the speeches.
Finally, some lovely images from the first dance – a great way to finish the reportage of another fantastic wedding. My thanks to Kate and Nick!
