Lough Cutra Castle Wedding Photography
Notes from the Photographer
Here’s a few notes on my favourite pictures from Emily and Chris’ Lough Cutra Castle wedding photography on this one with two Nikon D750 cameras and just two lenses – my Nikon 10.5mm fisheye and my 24-70mm main zoom.
Emily’s sister helping with the shoes. I just loved Emily’s expression here as she sat on the window sill in the main bridal suite of Lough Cutra.
Fixing the back of the dress – such beautiful lacework.
The bride hugging the groom’s Mother before the ceremony downstairs at Lough Cutra.
A lovely moment from the ceremony which took place downstairs in the main hall of Lough Cutra Castle.
The first kiss!
Stepping outside for the wedding celebrations.
A simple yet beautiful portrait of Emily and Chris just after the wedding ceremony.
Emily’s sister gave the speech in the evening and I really liked this picture.
The first dance took place in the same space as the ceremony.
A beautiful backdrop for some lovely moments during the first dance.
I really liked this one – from her dance with her brother.
The two sisters share a dance – I really liked this image of the two of them dancing.
I quietly panned the camera around and saw this emotional scene.
Emily and Chris had finished their first few dances and were together again over near the bar when I captured this impromptu kiss at the edge of the dance floor – unseen by most.
A raucous crowd – lots of great moments like this one on the dance floor.
This wedding really has some of my very favourite Lough Cutra Castle wedding photography. I was glad to have stayed late to capture Chris dancing with his sister. There wasn’t a dry eye in the house after this dance!
